Research

My research focuses on spike timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) in the developing mouse hippocampus. Specifically, I am investigating how acetylcholine affects STDP when paired with post-synaptic burst reactivation. My current research employs whole cell patch clamp electrophysiology in acute brain slice preparations from both wild type and transgenic animals.
